Reto Jauch, founder and lead partner of the firm has 15 years
of experience in Executive Search. Prior to having set up the
independent Executive Search Boutique Jauch Associates AG, Reto
lead Executive Search businesses for Robertson Associates and
A.T. Kearney Executive Search. At Robertson Associates he learned
the craft of a Headhunter and ran the Swiss office of the firm.
At A.T. Kearney he lead the build up of a search practice in Switzerland,
establishing offices in Zurich and Geneva, then headed its European
High Tech and IT Practice and subsequently took responsibility
for A.T. Kearney Executive Search Europe, a business operating
in 10 locations with 80 consultants.
Clients of Jauch Associates AG include large multinational companies
as well as highly competitive international niche players and
start up companies. Search assignments include Board, C-Level
and Functional Specialist positions. |
